amalu in monteverde was the perfect escape this summer. the cozy tiny house had all the comforts i needed, from the homey decor to the free snacks and breakfast ingredients. the amazing host, mayco, went above and beyond, providing recommendations, arranging taxis, and even helping me book tours. the hot tub and breathtaking view were the icing on the cake. can't wait to return!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly exceptional lodge in Monteverde. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that Amalu's attention to detail was unmatched. the house was immaculate and had all the amenities we could possibly need. We were blown away by the thoughtful welcome gifts and stocked kitchen, including a bottle of champagne. the highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view of the rainforest from the terrace, especially while soaking in the hot tub. the host, Mayco, went above and beyond as a concierge, helping us with bookings and ensuring we had an amazing time.
